After a pretty disappointing looking Sprocket, we're getting some Doozers
And I think that they look pretty dang good. Possibly the best of the entire line up. And the colors are much more accurate.
I was at one of those Holiday mall kiosks... the ones that sell board games and puzzles, and I came across a couple very odd ones...
They have some sort of general entertainment puzzles. I dunno how legal they are, if they got all the rights or not... but there's one called "Comedy" that...
Don't get me wrong... I love buying up to 4 comics a month and all, it's the money thing that gets me. Now Archie comics has unveiled a new series
Megaman
Now, I can't say I'm a huge fan of their Sonic comics (liked their version of Sonic X... better than the show at points), but this I...
Just wondering because I stumbled upon this Spanish Ducktales theme and it was beyond catchy. Not the same cheapo redub over an instrumental version that you'd usually see.
Anyone else got any favorites before I list a few more?
Shout is unveiling complete series plans
I have to admit, I didn't fully appreciate the show when it first came on, but after finding out what kind of humor it was capable of (in cases, stuff that you wouldn't believe got by the censors), I felt I needed to get my hands on this show...
From another thread entirely.
Yeah... why am I getting an Italian animated Titanic Movie vibe from this piece of I can't even say what?
I'm gonna go throw up.
Really...
I'm so mortified, I'm speechless.
Why isn't this news here yet?
Toughpigs just broke the story
Unfortunately it only won for Best Graphic Novel for young readers...but that's still good (though i'm guessing 90% of the readership really isn't).
While I usually feel uneasy about new segments added to Sesame Street's already stuffed schedule, Grover's getting another segment to himself featuring his super hero alter ego in a new suit (about time... most super heroes have at least 3 costume changes per decade).
Egads... I have to do everything around here, don't I?
I'll try not to mention foreign shows this time... there will be one exception, as you'll see.
Toonsylvania: The forgotten Steven Spielberg Presents cartoon of the 90's, mainly because it was the first cartoon Dreamworks and not...
...oh dear.
Doesn't look terrible, and as long as M Night Shabbadoo stays the heck away from it, It won't suck in the directing category..
You have to see it to believe it
I hope it's a joke they made for SDCC...
SPOILER
If nothing else, Crocker is WELL cast.
Someone's gonna get hurt and end up crying. I hope not :sympathy:
But since we have one for movies, I might as well add one for TV shows.
Will and Grace: I'm sorry but the charm was forever lost on me. Half the time the cast was screaming like howler monkeys, the other half they spent...
In case you can't tell, I'm talking about that old line of miniature collectible figures, Monster in My Pocket. I have to get on this rant because it's really been bugging me.
A couple years ago (4 at most) a certain toy company was drawing up plans for a new series of Monsters in my Pocket...
Inspired by Fozzie Bear's Ernie and Bert thread, I think it's time to get rid of all the OTHER obnoxious Sesame Street rumors that, frankly, are even worse.
To start, the unfortunate "Veggie Monster" rumor, which is quelled on Muppet Wikia
Now, this was a case of the mindless hysteria...
I found a working rom... or rather an emulator that it actually works with for this game, and I'm in the process of playing it for research sake. As this is a rare game (I never heard of it up until several years ago), there isn't a lot of info on it. So if anyone in Muppet Wiki is out there...
A winner in the Aniboom contest for best remake of Pinball Number Count has finally been chosen. And I gotta say, this one is REALLY cute. This one will premier in season 41
you can catch it here
Nice twist. uses the same song, but DOESN'T use a pinball machine... but uses the same...
Shocked we don't have one of these here yet.
Anyway, I just got this one Yesterday and read it last night and so far, I'm really impressed. Unlike the Muppet show series, we have several different artists in one issue, all doing smaller comics. The first one even managed to sneak in Gobo's...
Guess what childhood thing they're killing now to pretend to save people from themselves. Kid's meal fast food premiums! Apparently some Californian county is outlawing the sale of them.
I have become increasingly sickened these past few years from self serving parental groups trying...
Holy cow.... this HAS to be fan made or something, but it's on the Muppetwiki. see for yourself
He's pretty out there to even be a major fan favorite... I mean, Forgetful Jones, Guy Smiley you'd expect. But Frazzle's pretty rare even for a rare character.
I just saw a TV trailer for the fourth Shrek movie, and apparently that changed the name "Shrek Forever After" to "Shrek: The Final Chapter." This was apparently an abrupt change, since I've started to see merchandise with "Forever after" on it.
I have to say, I'm GLAD they've decided to end...
According to this wiki article and This Tough Pigs interview Guest Stars will NOT be the next story arc. Which also explains why "Family Reunion" was bumped up. There's no real reason that was given, other than it was a strategic choice. Seems the next arc will involve monsters.
