Took my cat to the vet, and she's got hyperthyroidism. And she had a fit when my mom and I tried to give her a pill. Thankfully, she likes Greenies Pill Pockets!
Or maybe it's due to this:
OK, let me explain. I wrote a fanfic back in 2017, involving this OC of mine, Felonious Fraggle, who is basically the Fraggle Rock equivalent of a snake oil salesman (look it up if you're unfamiliar with the term). The Storyteller told about a time known as the Great...
Forgive me if this one was mentioned, but I noticed something when I was watching the TMS Christopher Reeve episode earlier tonight. During the "Disco Frog" opening number, I saw the puppeteers in the background!
Here's something I never noticed until today (and I've owned Season 2 of the Muppet Show since it was released! How could I have missed this?!) When Miss Piggy and Elton John are singing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," Elton's glasses are heart-shaped.
Something I was kicking around with. This is an outline for an episode of "Sesame Street" if the Fraggle Five came to visit. It's not as good as some of @cjd874's old school Sesame Street outlines, but, hey, why not?

Old topic is old. I saw the Chris Langham episode on some website or another, and I have to say, it was not the strongest episode of the whole series. And I liked the JHH, my favorite being the Health and Fitness episode (mainly becaue Smokey Robinson sings "Just to See Her" in it, which is one...
I liked this episode. It was just like the original series. And of course, one thing happened that I had always hoped would happen. Matt encountered a kitty!
(how many of you here just KNEW I was going to say that? Hands please . . . . )
I watched this entire series the other week, and I wanted to chime in on the last episode to give my views of the whole thing. I'm not as impressed as I was with "Back to the Rock." Partly because I don't know who a lot of the celebrities were (I don't watch a lot of stuff on TV these days...
What episodes do you think they remade? I never got that impression.
I'm pretty sure the animated "Fraggle Rock" was my first introduction to the Fraggles (my family did have cable in 1987, but it was just the basics, so we didn't have HBO, and I do remember seeing some of the original "Fraggle...
An adult Skeeter would be cool. When I was a kid, I had always wondered why she was never in anything other than Muppet Babies. Back then, I didn't know she was made exclusively for Muppet Babies.
I do agree that it is sad to not recast Convincing John and Cantus, but I don't think anyone but Jim Henson could be Cantus, considering Cantus was kind of Jim's avatar, if you will, and I don't think anyone doing him would have sounded right.
As for Convincing John, I wouldn't mind a recast...
