You can do it with LView, which is how I used to do it before I taught myself how to use Photoshop. Only GIFs can have transparent backgrounds. With LView, you can do it with the eyedropper tool in the palette entry and make the color you selected 255 in the Reds, Greens and Blues. If you can...

Oh, my apologies. When I went there earlier today, it was a 135mb QuickTime .mov file. I see now that they've replaced it with a 34mb RealVideo file.
