Least I Could Do, a webcomic, has been doing a story about Maria's departure--or, rather, the main character trying to move to Sesame Street now that there is a vacancy. Here's the first page of the storyline. Warning: this is an adult-oriented webcomic. Not porn by any means, but the...
'Nother commission! This is for a Tough Pig who goes by the handle of Abigail (Cadabbigail). She wanted me to draw Wembley dancing in his bug costume from the Fraggle Rock episode Space Frog Follies. While that's a fun episode, I would never have thought of drawing Wem cosplaying as a fly...
I did 'nother! This was commissioned MC member TwoHeadedLlama. The request was to show Zoot asleep on a park bench, with Traveling Matt tickling him awake with a feather. Things like this are one reason I love this project--I would never have come up with an idea like this, and it was so much...
Fraggles won't understand the specific meme, but they get music and dancing and they get vegetables, so they just assume this is a way to combine all three and don't worry about it.
It's been a while, hasn't it? Too freakin' long. So here's three fraggles takin' leeks:
There's an odd story behind this. I found some videos on Youtube of Janken, Sage, and Poncle...well, not really videos, just still pictures with variations of the song Ievan Polkka in the background...
Wow. That poster made me happy. Now the Smurfs finally look like Peyo's Schtroumpfs! The eyes especially. Peyo drew them as elongated, backward-leaning ovals. The spheres in the previous two movies looked wrong and unappealing to me.
Now I'm going to go reread my English translations of...
Rainbows everywhere since before lunch yesterday!
Ha ha. Seriously, it's been stinkin' HOT for weeks. Every day it's gotten into the mid-nineties.They say that there'll be some rain to cool things down a little, back to the upper eighties. Mmm, hot and humid, just what I need.
Springtrap and Golden Freddy.
I drew this picture for giggles, making it plain that Freddy is an empty costume. Then I found that there are a lot of shippers for this pair, and they loved the pic. Go figure.
Meh. It's nothing but a list of names, some inaccurate (Gordon Heap?). And since when is "getting hit by a bus" a Muppet? Because it's second to last, right above Scooter.
Wow. That's some bleedin' scary character design. Amazing. It looks like they were created by a Rockafire Explosion fan on psychedelics.
"The Gigglebellies"? Really? I thought "Kissyfur" was the not-to-be-topped bad cartoon title. (Well, it still might be, actually. )
As someone who has been a fan of Negaduck since 1991, I agree with this. There's something attractive about a fictional character who is utterly, unrepentantly evil. You don't want anybody to be like Negaduck, or Purple Guy, or Hannibal Lecter in real life, but they can be great characters...
Thanks, everyone. I had a good birthday vacation. I was AFK most of the time, which is why you haven't seen me around here. I got a lot of relaxing done, and a lot of work on a comic I've been writing and drawing titled "Requiem with a Birthday Cake."
Now back to earning a living...
