This reminds me of the episode when Ma Gorg was telling the story how a creature named Sir Hugress ruled the universe and turned his crown over to the Gorg. Ma said he was not a Gorg, only half the height as a Gorg. So I'm guessing that Sir Hugress was a human.

I remember in the Leo Sayer episode, Leo is up a tree and wild animals like a beaver, a woodpecker, and a bear with a sawfish were trying to chop the tree down. But then Crazy Harry came in and blew up the tree causing it and Leo to fall.

I also remember Ernie telling the postman that Maryanne and Harold were both school teachers. Maryanne teaches spelling because of her name. And the postman says, "Let me guess, I bet old Harold 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 teaches arithmetic." Ernie goes, "Nope, he teaches lots of number songs."
I always loved those funny skits. And Gary Owens acted really silly always getting the wrong answers.
And what really made me laugh was when the kids told the drawer to draw a mailbox hot dog shaped. Instead, a hot dog on a bun was drawn on the post and hot smoke was coming from the frank...

I noticed the same time, ATC disappeared, Elmo's World came into the series. As well as news about writers Jon Stone and Jeff Moss passing away. And the series somehow started to go downhill after that.
I remember before the Buger King Kid's Club. BK had a group of characters back in the early 80s. There was the Magical Burger King, the Duke of Doubt, Burger Thing, Sir Shake-a-lot, and the Wizard of Fries. Those were really fun commercials to watch.
I like Marvin Martian, who always seems to get, "Very Angry!"
And the big red monster known as either Rudolph or Gossamer. And how Bugs Bunny did his hair causing it to explode.
And I liked the last Dodo Bird. He was wild! :)

I've been watching Sesame Street all my life and those Muppet voices are always familiar. In fact, whenever I read my Sesame Street books, I always imagined the voices of Jim, Frank, Jerry, and Richard coming out of those illustrated Muppets along with the extra unnamed characters in the books.
What I remember is seeing the sun rising from what looks like a huge mountain. But it turns out to be a crumb that an ant picks up. Then the ant crawls under a huge beetle, then a bigger snail appears, then a bird who gets frightened away by a dog who is on a leash by two boys. Then a giraffe...
I always loved that skit. And it seemed like Frank and Jerry were doing lots of voices in that skit while Jim performed the leader of the big guys.
"How about the ones who wear the longest hair go on one side?" I guess Herry would go on that team.
That was a marvelous story, Prawncracker. And the ending was pretty wild too. Seeing how Kermit lost his memory and didn't remember his friends from High School. But meets them all again in the Muppet Movie. I give your fanfic an A! :)
