Looking to compile rare Sesame songs

You're welcome Frazzle...good luck. :) Everyone wants to transfer video of course, but the system specs it requires are pretty high. Even when you have nicer hardware & software, I'm told there's a learning curve and some trial & error involved. I have lots of video (sesame and otherwise)...

Oliver, Post seperately that you have some Sesame Street material (non Noggin) and some Mr. Rogers from the early 80's and you will get some trades. If you have other PBS shows you should list them too...both here, and the alt.video.tape-trading newsgroup. good luck... -Z

Sorry I don't remember any of them. There is one (at the end of one of the tapes in the first Sesame video series) with music & a peacock that "steps out of" it's tail feathers...the narrator counts to twenty on the feathers then the peacock strolls off the screen. Didn't remember it from...

Rare animated films (not shown on Noggin)

don't know what you mean by "does that count?" I'm not sure why the artist (I assume) called it that. O.K. I searched for the word http://www.onelook.com/?w=madrigal&ls=a I saw some elements of definitions that could apply i.e. tender thought, simple poem, delicate -Z

Rare animated films (not shown on Noggin)

oh yeah...one of my all-time fave animated Sesame films...wonder where the animator is now? I also want to find out about the guy who sings the song (you mentioned in another post). Yeah that's a great one too...strange. Not to nitpick or anything, but it's not madrigal music. I've seen...

Yes I think you're right about it being a girl...I was remembering the one you described anyway. I was actually thinking there was a similar one made later and was going to mention that, but I couldn't remember anything specific so I wasn't sure if my memory was faulty. Thanks again for the...

cat-abusing girl Hi all, Actually this might have been on Noggin...I don't have them all. Anyone remember one (70's) about a girl that wants to hold her cat, but the cat doesn't want her to? She tries to hold it forcefully (tries different things to trick it as I recall) but the cat...
