I am unable to buy too many things online at this time including Sesame Street music ... but I fully support what they are doing, not just with the music but with the show as well!
Don'
Don't feel too bad. While I was surrounded by laughing children and adults, the person accompanying me didn't really laugh much, but who can resist Man or Muppet? She started to giggle a bit more then and I knew what she was thinking!
The muppets have a way of doing that, bringing us back to the simplicity of days past. I know they have brought me back to my childhood. And I don't watch many movies, and I loved this one, so glad I went to it!
It is so neat to see the age diversity from young children to adults when it comes to the Muppets. And I have never heard of going to a late Muppets movie just with adults and having them enjoy it so much like that. Sounds like fun! If I can, I should try it sometime!
I think seven people have worried about it or even tried to go down the chimney to see what would happen! Big Bird thought Santa could hold his breath and that's how he'd get down. When I was little I didn't worry too much about it, though. I did have a little plastic toy Santa that I thought...
Well, Elmo's World is primarily geared to preschoolers, so it probably appeals to them more. But fifteen minutes talking about a nose is probably for an audience of children whose parents are doing so much at once that they only glance over at the TV and point small ideas out to their kids...
Yes, that is a shame. I believe they also advocated for any differences in general. Do you think it was also because parents weren't sure about introducing the concept of dating? But then, why would they get married, or was that Louise and someone else who got married?
It's beautiful that you have such fond Sesame Street memories. Thank you for sharing them. I am learning more and more all the time, I guess; I didn't know David dated Maria! I knew someone got married but I wasn't sure. I am glad the Christmas productions still exist.
I think I'm a little late on this one ... but happy New Year 2012! My favorite has to be "Muppets Family Christmas". Though I did not grow up watching many Christmas productions, including those of Sesame Street, I recently happened on the one I mentioned above. I think the many wonderful...
Well, I would say that Elmo Saves Christmas is my favorite, but only because it is so cute to see him watching It's a Wonderful Life on television ... if that is what he is doing and if that is the movie the scene was in. I did not grow up watching any of Sesame Street's Christmas productions...
Well, I want to find a site or somewhere on this forum where I can post my thoughts in some kind of blog, or writeup ... or find ways to send messages that are more than just a few sentences. I am new to forums in general so I don't want to take up space here or get off topic. But if you or...
Okay, I think I've got this reply thing down now, maybe. Who is Jerry Nelson? I hope I spelled his name right. I've heard of him. Did yo
u mean in your reply that he just didn't want his voice to be credited? Please explain!
Hello to all of you, it's Sesamekid75! I am really quite new to forums in general, so this is my attempt at replying! But more to the point, I saw the Muppet movie about two days after it made its debut. I had the privillege of going to the theatre to see it, something I used to do all the time...
