And this is more of a small-world sort of coincidence, but my dad worked with Bill Prady's dad Norm Prady at his ad agency in Detroit when I was a tot. No idea if Bill & I ever met, but he was kind enough to say on Twitter that he had good memories of my dad.

    American Gods

Who else is psyched for this series? I thought the casting was brilliant all around, and I'm very happy that Bryan Fuller is helming. Looking forward to watching. For those who have no idea, this is a new miniseries based on Neil Gaiman's novel of the same title. Trailer:

    The Rick and Morty thread

The utter chaos in that ep was glorious. It really threw me, when I first started watching the show, how dismissive Rick is toward every life in the universe, even his own, but this ep elevated that to a high existential art form. Bravo!

Disney owns so many properties now, I'm going to have to break that down: fave classic Disney Studios: Robin Hood (with the fox) " Pixar: Toy Story " Marvel Studios: CA: Civil War (though I saw Logan last weekend and enjoyed it very much) " Star Wars: tough choice...I need to give Rogue One a...
