I've wondered that myself. The fact that younger folk such as yourself are still enjoying the Muppets (even TMS, and the original films) these many years later suggests that their appeal is timeless. (Granted, I already thought that, so I'm biased!) I have nieces, 10 and 8, who love the original...

Good choices all...though I have a few bones to pick with the Stranger Things writers about the season end ep. Too many threads hurriedly tied up; it felt too slapped-together to me, though I still enjoyed it, and am looking forward to season 2.
Yeah, flesh that out! I'm a little surprised you chose "Paint It Black" for a Muppet production of any kind...it's a gorgeous song, but very, very dark. What about "Steppin' Stone" or "Last Train to Clarksville" instead? The latter could be especially silly, with numerous penguins or chickens or...
