I'm not sure, but there are at least two other winter arcs, and probably other episodes where snow covers Sesame Street.

So far the characters wiki page doesn't say who performed Dominique. I'm hoping this is just an oversight and not a case where the voice is hard to determine (I assume she had dialogue in this episode).
