I think its true that anyone can be a puppeteer, however whether or not they're a GREAT puppeteer is the difference. Its the passion and love that set those who improve and become excellent apart from the regulars who try to puppeteer.

Wooow the head looks amazing! I do have to say though, the arms look pretty long. But you did very nicely with her voice though! Not bad at all :)

Yup its just a gloved hand made of the same material as the rest of the "skin" of the puppet. They are usually made as T-Sleeves. But sometimes the puppets have a tshirt or something and the performer can slip on a glove that's the same as the "skin" and slides that through the sleeve it all...
