Amy Van Gilder, head of the workshop during "The Muppet Show" talks about building characters at a moments notice. She then mentioned how she currently works for Disney and isn't allowed the creative freedom that she remembers fondly from working with Jim Henson. A playful murmur of boos filled the audience at Disney's mention.
