I assumed it was cramped under the float, but I hadn't considered fatigue, that makes a lot of sense. Like I said, I didn't think the performance was bad at all (quite the opposite), it just seemed stylistically different then usual. I feel better that I'm not the only one who noticed. I am curious what the setup under there looked like. I mean, usually the parts of a float that aren't visible to the public are nothing stunning, but I'm sure they'd want to make it as comfortable as possible for him to operate Kermit for so long.
