In the MissPiggy/MissBitterman fight at the end of VMC, why do their voices not match thir mouthes?

Is this an error, or is it a referance to something?

And/or what were they meant to say originally?

It's a reference to the bad dubbed japanese movies such as Godzilla.. I thought that was pretty obvious.

The funny part of that scene is when they zoom in on Kermit, his voice says "Oh, my goodness!" but his mouth obviously says something with only one syllable. Oh, my goodness, indeed. A little something for the adults watching.

OMG! I thought it was so obvious! I mean, the way their voice sounded, the way their mouths didn't lip sync, omg I thought it was hilarious!

I relized it right away when I saw it. It refers to the Martial art movies like for Bruce Lee that have the dubbed english voices that don't match them really speaking japanesse, chineese, whatever.
