As with the case of most biopics and movies based on true events, certain elements are going to be fictionalized or dramatized for the sake of storytelling.

Well, it's a Disney film, so of course they're going to make it a Disney biased film. Unfortunately, the critics ripped the film apart for that, as if they expected a Disney film about Walt Disney to be critical of Walt Disney or something....

Has anyone else seen Her? I just saw it and it was one of the best movies I've ever seen.

Eh, I really should see more adult oriented movies like that, but I can't help get more excited for Lego, Mr. Peabody and Sherman, and the very obvious one that need not be mentioned on this site.

Bad news everyone according to BoxOffice.com's weekend forecast Muppets Most Wanted may only get $20 Million while Divergent may get $50 Million because it's based on a book series that's even MORE POPULAR THAN THE HUNGER GAMES, here's the info.
Divergent $50,000,000 $120,000,000

Muppets Most Wanted $21,000,000 $57,000,000

But it's not a kids' movie, and there are no other kids' movies for it to compete with.

I doubt it for 2 reasons...

None of these Hunger Games/Harry Potter/Twilight type movies that aren't the originals always fail. Plus, I've never heard of Divergent. More popular than Hunger Games? I've never heard anyone even mention that before. Heck... I haven't seen a trailer.

Still, I agree with mr3urious here... The Muppets is a family film, and therefore is different competition. I'd be more worried about Peabody and Sherman actually having some staying power... and that sucks because I want that film to be successful as well.

But over all, all MMW needs to do is make just enough past its budget to consider itself successful. It's a safer bet for Disney than dumping a fortune on something like The Lone Ranger ever again.

Edit: Let me amend that... the real film to worry about is Captain America 2 that comes out like 2 weeks later. Kinda weird they scheduled both so close together.

Here's what the Turtles will look like in that probably awful new movie

While I have issues with Shredder's Mask, I'm not terribly surprised that the Turtles look almost like the "Out of the Shadows" game design. Not bad, actually. The battle armor kinda looks like the TMNT Dojo large figures (only detailed)...

Still, Caucasian Shredder, Mickey Splinter, and Megan Fox April are still awful. I'm only seeing this for Will Arnett as Vernon. Figures that they'd miscast everyone but that character.
