Wanted: Make-a-Muppet Magnets

I would like to buy the Kermit, Fozzie and Gonzo Make-a-Muppet magnets that came with special edition movies. I cannot find these movies in my local stores.

Or, if anyone can tell me if the 50th anniversary editions of the Muppet Movie, Great Muppet Caper, and Muppet Christmas Carol sold on Amazon include these magnet sheet, I would appreciate it!
