In 1966, Jim Henson released a short film called Time Piece. Knowing the creative genius, this was no ordinary short film. It contained such Henson-esque things as exploding clocks, painting elephants and colorful patterns. The best thing is that EVERYTHING came out of of Jim's mind!

A few clips are up on YouTube from The Henson Company, and the full movie is on iTunes. Has anyone seen it or heard of it so far?

I have read about on Wiki in the past, but I've never seen it. I'll have to give it a go soon.

It's on iTunes? That's great to hear! I have not seen it yet. I really want to see it!
I have heard of it before, it was even nominated for an Academy Award!

There's also a behind the scenes clip on YouTube, however not much special footage is shown. Most of it is taken from The World of Jim Henson, I believe. In it, Jerry Juhl offers a funny story regarding Jim and the diving board scene before he "flies away"...

Well I saw it the other day, it was good and weird!
But I one question!

Why's the man painting the elephant pink?

Good and weird? More like creatively bizzare!
As to why Jim is painting the elephant... I don't know. The film is like a big metaphor- it's up to you to figure it out...
