I can sleep on my back just fine. It's my stomach that's the problem.

I can't FALL asleep except on my stomach or side...but inevitably I awake on my back. At least I don't kick in my sleep, as one of my partners did...ow.

Am I the only one surprised that Two and a Half Men is coming back for another season after pretty much everyone in the media spent the past year constantly repeating, "Boy, we sure do miss Charlie, we don't like... that other guy..."

Speaking of which, does anyone besides me find many characters on TV today have absolutely weird names? "Walden Schmidt"? "Pierce Hawthorne"? "Axl Heck"?

It still gets good ratings, and considering that it's nestled inbetween hits Two Broke Girls and Mike and Molly, it will continue to get them. I did like last week's episode about "Charlie" coming back from the grave as the woman from Misery, but other than that, like I said, it became the Untitled Ashton Kutcher vehicle sitcom pilot that just so happens to have every character but Charlie from 2.5 Men in it.

Like I said in another thread, Ashton is too nice and likable a guy (relatively and objectively) and it just makes everything that happens to Alan look nasty and sadistic by comparison rather than have some deviant that has everything fall into his lap.

They could have handled things a million times better, but now we get a crappy show with a lame star that should have been cancelled back when it was good.

Am i the only one who listens to The Cure and think's Robert Smith sounds like a modern Tiny Tim?

Annnnd now I went and changed my avatar. But I can't help it! this one is too good to pass up. I really want to write 'Winter is Coming' on it. Hahahahahahaa! Ah, if only the Starks and co. just had to ring bells to make it all go away. Too bad.

Am I the only one digging that series right now? Well, the books anyway. The show's not bad but I have to play catchup.

Am I the only one who's confused by everybody saying "Facebook went public today"? If it went public today, then what was it these past several years?
  8. mr3urious Active Member

That means it's a publicly traded company in the stock exchange.

I know there are those who stated in the TV Tropes thread that they spend a LOT of time reading through the content on that site, but I wonder if I'm the only one who actually spends a great amount of time reading YouTube comments? :halo:

I try to not read them. They make me mad half the time
  11. D'Snowth Well-Known Member

Guess it depends on the vids, because the comments tend to make me laugh a lot, lol.

Am I the only one who think "Cats Don't Dance" has the potential to be made into a broadway musical?
  13. newsmanfan Well-Known Member

Huh? But cats DO dance. They paint, too.

Mine is currently scripting a webtv series called "Birds Outside the Window Screeching at Me." Looks like a hit among the 1-to-8 feline demographic.

Am I the only one who sees their old posts and wants to go back in time to slap their past self and scream "What is wrong with you?"

Seriously, I'm surprised I haven't been chased out of the forum by an angry mob wielding pitchforks and penguins

No, you're not... I had that exact same kind of moment sometime back, wondering how in the world people here willingly put up with me in the past, I was such an annoying little nimrod.
  16. Sgt Floyd Well-Known Member

But then again, how do people put up with us now? We have some really stupid banter back and forth lol :halo:
  17. KirbTreelo05 Active Member

I feel more like that with my DeviantArt account. I'm still wondering how my watcher were able to put up with me after the dumb things I did. >_<

I had a similar experience when Facebook updated to timeline and I saw a lot of things I posted back in high school. I don't know how I managed to not alienate all of my friends at the time.
  19. D'Snowth Well-Known Member

Well then if we tried intelligent banter, some people might not understand.
  20. newsmanfan Well-Known Member

    Eh? What?
