Baby Bear, Rosita and Maria all try to help Telly with a few more strategies to catch a ball but no matter how hard he concentrates, Telly keeps missing the ball. He thinks that perhaps he should just give up when all of a sudden, Baby Bear comes back with the Manager of the New York Yankees,Joe Torre. Torre encourages Telly by telling him that he is doing everything right but since catching can be a hard thing to learn, he just needs to keep practicing. In the story, whoever pulls the banana out of the stone will be the king or queen of the medieval land. AS THE PORRIDGE COOLED (4087)

Telly is doing a "Monster on the Spot" report about Baby Bear who tells the story of what really happened to the three bears as the porridge cooled. Instead of just walking, they were really active as they ran and jumped through the woods. Suddenly, they find that they' re lost in the magic garden of a wizard who put a spell on them and turned them into ducks. Baby Bear, using fun science words, tests his hypothesis that the type of animal they turn into depends on the kind of animal sound they make. Through his experiment, he finds out that his guess is correct! They all make bear sounds and transform into bears again. He starts to fly up to the sky going higher and higher. While Snuffy is happy to be seeing birds and other clouds, he starts to get cold and lonely being all by himself. Sesame Street is transformed once again and Miles sings, "Peaches and Pears" (to the tune of "Twist and Shout"). Maria needs some broccoli. It happens to be her lucky day because broccoli is a special guest star on "American Fruit Stand" and Miles sings "Broccoli is Good" (to the tune of "Johnny B. Goode"). Since Slimey has been to the moon before and Gabi is saying a nursery rhyme about the cow who jumped over the moon, CM asks them if the moon is a cookie. They don't know since they've never tasted the moon before. CM is still left wondering how he could get to the moon and find out if it is a cookie. Finally, Gordon enters with former astronaut, Buzz Aldrin, who explains to CM that the moon is made out of rock and while it is not a cookie, it is still a beautiful and exciting place that we could always look up at from the Earth. In the end, CM realizes that the moon is not a cookie and that he wouldn't even want to eat the moon since then, it wouldn't be there to shine down on the Earth anymore.

Snuffy tries to figure out ways to make himself smaller by imagining himself as a mouse and doing scrunching down exercises, but becomes discouraged since he can't seem to change his size. Then, Big Bird, Luis, Maria, and Gabi all reassure Snuffy that they love everything about him and that he is beautifully big and perfect just the way he is. At the end, Zoe, Elmo, and Carina apologize to Snuffy for hurting his feelings and realize that anybody can dance and that dancing should be about having fun with all your friends, no matter what size they are. All three of them creatively think of different strategies to pass the test. They all then begin arguing over who could best play the role of the Big Bad Wolf. Gordon talks to them and helps them to realize that it'smore important to stay friends than to be the wolf. When it's time for the Big Bad Wolf to decide, he gives the role to Gordon since he did such a great job showing Telly, Zoe, and Elmo how to do everything that a Big Bad Wolf should do!

ELMO'S AND ZOE'S SCIENTIFIC EXPLORATION (4099)

Elmo watches a leaf floating in a bucket of water and this observation leads Elmo to many other scientific questions. Elmo, Zoe, and Telly are all curious about whether or not objects such as a leaf,an apple, a rock (Rocco), and a triangle either float, sink, and/or slide. They first have a hypothesis about what might happen and then they test their hypothesis with an experiment. ELMO AND ZOE CLAIM A BALL (4101)

Zoe and Elmo find a ball on Sesame Street and begin arguing over whose ball it is. They both keep saying, "It's mine!" While Zoe and Elmo are learning to share and take turns, Baby Bear comes in and is so relieved to see his ball! They all begin to argue over whose ball it is again until Zoe and Elmo are finally convinced when Baby Bear shows them the letter "B" that he had marked on the ball for "Baby Bear." Gina also finds it difficult to help the other animals because Grover mistakes a camel for a horse, a lamp for a living thing, and a cat for a tiger.Gina then teaches Grover about these animals and about living things so that he can better understand what a real veterinary emergency might be. Everything is so big and he meets small creatures he never would have been able to before. All of a sudden, he hears Snuffy calling him for their playdate. Big Bird tries to call back, but Snuffy can't hear him because he is too small. This becomes very frustrating and Big Bird wants to be big again. He figures out a plan and embarks on his trip to Alan and Gordon, who can help him find Mumford.

ADVENTURES OF LITTLE BIG BIRD, PART 2 (4108)

Part 2 of a 2 part story (For Part 1, see 4105): Previously, Big Bird was accidentally changed into little Big Bird when Mumford tried to do a magic trick. While it was fun being little, little Big Bird now wants to be big again so that he can play with his friend Snuffy. He decides that he has to make his way to Alan and Gordon who are playing chess so that they can help find Mumford to change him back. On his very long and slow trip, a ladybug named Mike crash lands right into him. He teaches little Big Bird that he has to keep trying no matter what obstacles he faces and what size he is. Little Big Bird remembers to believe in himself and with a little persistence, he finally makes it! Once he is finally noticed, Mumford is able to turn little Big Bird back into big Big Bird. In true Mumford fashion, Mike the ladybug is turned big as well and wants to join Alan and Gordon in a game of chess.

Yeah, I really hope that's an April Fool's joke, as there are WAY too many Telly/Baby Bear episodes in there.

This is a joke? It seems pretty believable to me. Just a few comments:

I wouldn't be too surprised about a lot of Telly/Baby Bear episodes. Considering last season had a lot of those too.

I guess we are expecting to see a lot of episodes about health, so that sounds believable.

I didn't think we'd see much of Gina this season, since the actress is now on another show, so that's possible.

As for the one about Bob's deaf niece. That sounds like a good idea. However, I think that they should bring Linda back in that ep. I'm sure a lot of fans are wondering what happened to her.

I don't know about the one with Cookie Monster thinking the moon is a giant cookie. After all he had a famous song about that sometime in the 70s or 80s. I believe he knows the difference.

Believe it or not, they're re-doing that song!

NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE  (I wouldn't pull that on you guys; this is the new season we're talking about!)

I went to Google and typed in "'Sesame Street' 4083" to get some info on new shows, and lo and behold, they came up. (That's why a couple have "Educational Objectives" on them. It's possible they also came from Sesame Workshop since they use "AM" for a description.) So I kept typing in the same words, changing the numbers, and the episode descriptions came up. I copied and pasted them onto Microsoft Word (I was going to print a guide for myself), but I thought it better to share it with you guys.

Some of the shows sound pretty good, like "Cookie Moon" (not only are they referencing to one of his classic songs, but maybe Frank will put in another full-show appearance). The biggest surprise for me was "Grouch Apprentice"; I knew it existed, but they wrote it as an entire show for it! And Gladys will return in her third year in a row "comeback".
