in Britain in the seventies, there was a weekly magazine that came out for kids, it was called "Look-In-Juniour Tv Times" and a t the back it would show all the kids shows that would be on the followin week, shows like sesame street, Muppet show, Hong Kong Phooey, Banana Splits, Magic Roundabout etc etc. But at the front of the magazine would be comics, and articles and reviews and competitions on certain TV shows or tv stars. Now the muppets were a regular site in this magazine, i was not born when they were sold but i have six issues all that include the muppets which i bought off ebay.uk, i also have a small muppet show sticker book that was a free gift with one issue.
i do have some photos which i will put on as soon as possible, do you know anything about the Muppets in Look-In mmagazine, post ure views!! :concern:

this issue from 1979, promotes the Muppet Movie

and this is the free poster that went with it

this issue is from 1981, and is promoting the Muppet special "the Muppets Go To The Movies"

Very interesting. Too bad the muppets don't get thisk ind of exposure anymore. They just don't do anything new and innovative anymore.
