Something for Everyone [2:43] - Kermit and Friends

....where does this come from? It didn't sound like TMS; JHH maybe?

The Sheik of Araby [1:59] - Uncle Deadly and a Girl

....somone once said that Jim didn't do female voices (or didn't like to do them), but the girl in this song really sounds like Jim. Is it him?

Sheik of Araby is the UK Spot from the Bernadette Peters ep. of TMS. The female Muppet is voiced by Dave Goelz. Jim did do some female Muppets but only a few.

Wow. Go Dave. I recently ran a poll on the ToughPigs board in which I asked "Whose voices do you have the most trouble placing concerning obscure characters?" and Dave won in a landslide. The man is amazing, and this case is the perfect example... I'd have had no idea that it was him until you came along. Thanks

If you can think of any female characters that Jim did, I'd love to hear em so I know what to look for. I can't recall any at all.

Scott,

"Something for Everyone" comes from an album called "Marlo Thomas and Friends : Free to Be.....A Family." It also includes Kermit singing "On My Pond." It was available at one point on CD, but is out of print. Check your local library or drop me a line and I can get them to you.

It's a cute song. What year did they do it... approximately?

"On My Pond" is a keeper too. TimeLife included it on their Best of Sesame Street CD. I'd previously thought this was the only place it was available.

I have the original Free to be You and Me album.

I listened to it day and night as a child.

My parents were hippies.
