Kathleen David recently posted pics of some Labyrinth costumes she made for the Shoreleave sci-fi/fantasy convention. Kathleen won a couple of awards for them.

That's not the capper on this story

I received a call from Peter, my husband, who was at the San Diego Comic Con. He told me that someone wanted to talk to me about the costumes I did at Shoreleave. I figured it was Maggie or one of our other friends. This british voice came on the line. It’s Brian Froud! He liked the costumes, loved the sketch, and appreciated how much work went into the whole project.
