Just wondering, are all of the TMS time-life dvds considered "out-of-print" and not available at legitimate stores, because Disney owns TMS?

Well, short answer yes. The whole 15-disc TBOTMS lot was, however, originally going to be re-issued by Columbia/TriStar (with 5 bonus discs), but the subsequent Disney acquisition meant only 7 of them (Elton John, Mark Hamill, Harry Belafonte, Peter Sellers, Steve Martin, George Burns and Diana Ross to be exact) got released. Since the Disney acquisition both Time-Life and Columbia/TriStar have discontinued production of the TBOTMS discs, so your best chance would be eBay.

oh well, it'd be neat to buy some of those, i mean they had some nice bonuses plus they have episodes from s4-5, actually I could check some thrift stores for them
