I decided to write down a quick translation of the lyrics, and as you can see it's a very simple text:

Sunshine day, Elmo are happy today
Signe waves and says "Hi Elmo"
Taking a walk, greets the friends on the street

Elmo lives on the 2nd floor
Elmo saying "Hi Bert and Ernie"
The 2nd floor on Sesamgade (Sesame Street)

    Come with me
    Come (walks inside)

Elmo lives on the 2nd floor
    2nd floor, on Sesamgade

    Grover "Hi Elmo"
    Elmo waves and says "friends"

Elmo from Sesamgade (as the title comes on the screen)

Wow, they actually got rid of all the American characters except Elmo and Grover. Why on Earth would they do that?

1st episode of Sesamstrasse in germany. They took 1st the US episodes and dubbed em. Great stuff. Nowadays Sesamesstrasse is very bad in Germany. Changes a lot and most old characters are not in anymore.

The Dutch version of "It's Alive". The vocals are very good in this one!

Lots of Dutch dubs of SS songs seem to have really good vocals, like the pinball number count. :D

"Honk Around the Clock" in Dutch.

Great vocals, though they're a bit too loud compared to the music and sound effects.
