Snowthy, my Geography class was discussing this today. The professor told me that over the next few years, the government is trying to slowly "fade out" the switching back and forth, and will most likely eventually keep the clocks moved forward in an effort to conserve energy.

They better not do that in Canada... I like my sunset around suppertime, not 3:30 pm. Sadly if that happens in your country, it probably will here because business and travel between the countries would be too confusing.

Um, it's gonna set whether it's 9 or 8. It's not like the sun looks at it's clock and goes "Wait, it's 9 o'clock, I should've set a while ago"

I believe they're planning on doing it worldwide.... at least that's what I've heard. It would throw off the time-zones otherwise.
