How much variety amongst PBS stations?

One of my all time favorite movies, Alfred Hitchcock's "Dial M for Murder", is on tv right now. I'm not watching it because the World Series is on and also because I have the movie on both VHS and DVD. But what I was curious about is that it's on the Philadelphia PBS station. And the nearby New Jersey PBS station has something else on, which I know is usual. I know each PBS station has its own schedule. I just thought I'd ask if anyone else around the country has "Dial M for Murder" also showing on their local PBS station. Guess I'm just curious how much the programming varies across the land for PBS when they show movies; whether there could be hundreds of different things shown among the PBS channels at the same time, or if it's more like just 4 or 5 differences throughout. Thanks.
