Hiya.Did anyone watch The Great Space Coaster,with such characters as:Goriddle Gorilla(Kevin Clash),Gary Gnu,M.T. Promises,Knock Knock(Noel MacNeil),Baxtor & the Huggles,Edison the Elephant,and a guy called Speed Reader(he would speed-read & recommend books);with other humans: Francine,Danny & Roy.Thanks for looking at my thread,I like to see your posts.

(theme song)
It's the Great Space Coaster
Get on board
On the Great Space Coaster
We'll explore
A comet ride of fantasy
To a place where dreams are fast and free
With new friends and new things to see
We'll spin you through the galaxy
On the Great Space Coaster
Oh-oh-oh
On the Great Space Coaster
Off we go
Get on board, step inside
Soarin' on a magic ride
Roarin' towards the other side
Where only rainbows hide
On the Great Space Coaster
(Oh-oh oh)
On the Great Space Coaster
(Get on board)
On the Great Space Coaster
(Get on board)
On the Great Space Coaster
Off we go!

OMG!! I completely forgot about that show! I even had toys from it...my dad used to watch it with me when I was a kid, and we'd sing that song together...

I've of course heard of the show because of Kevin Clash's work on it, but I've never actually seen an episode. Not sure if they had it up here in Canada. When/where did it run?

With all the talk about old shows, I was wondering if JaniceFerSure would ever bring up Great Space Coaster.

I remember it vaguely. Wasn't a show I watched as much. I remember this big clown/snowman guy, a baboon, a robot elephant that looked like Flame Mammoth from Mega Man X, and Gary Gnu. No gnu-ews is good gnu-ews!

The only plot I remember was somebody invented a machine that made things 2-D and flat, so they put an apple on there to try it, but some guy reached for it and it made him flat, too. So the baboon said, "Hey, you'd better eat that apple, you're getting skinny!"

And that's all I remember about that show!

Gary Gnu was kinda freaky looking.
