Golf head covers

Hi everyone,
I'm currently scouring the internet and eBay for the Muppet golf head covers they put out a few years ago for a friend's birthday. She has Kermit, but I want to get her Animal to go with it (those were the only two they put out, I believe, other than the Sesame Street characters). Does anyone have any idea where I can find these, or perhaps have one they'd be willing to sell me?
