I Was curious, as it seems so many celebrities have guest starred on Sesame, TMS, etc...I was wondering, being he's my favorite actor, if Robin Williams ever appeared with any Muppets?
His sheer zaniness seems perfect with the Muppet chemistry!

Cory,

HEy,
He did appear with Elmo on Sesame Street in the early Ninties.

He was also supposed to be a Guest on The Muppet Show as was Cher, But they never happened.

See ya

Wow, I so wish he could have done TMS. I can just imagine the hillarity!

So robin williams was on sesame street? I knew his and the Muppets paths had to cross some day.
Anywhere I could get a picture of that?

PS: was he on sesame recently? a listing shows he was:

He was on the street lots of times. I remember he was also in a re-issue of two Sesame Street song segments: "Wubba-Wubba" and "A new way to Walk."

i don't see why he couldn't be involved with the muppets in the future.

It would have been sooo cool if he would have appeared on TMS in the seventies. I can see him as Mork interacting with animal, or being a guest star on pigs in space, haha

As for CD's, I don't think you could tell. You see, he doesn't actually sing any lyrics solo (unlike Ray Charles, or the Simpson Family), footage of him singing was spliced in to the actual product.

DVD? Unclear. VHS, sorry, but no. The only time they had (I think) Monster in the Mirror was in the 25th Anniversary Singing Celebration video. It was the original non-celebrity version, though. Kind of a disappointment!
