Count counts toes

On another website, saw blurry screen caps of a scene in which the Count von Count has a dialogue or a song during which he counts Maria's toes. She removes one shoe first, then the other and he counts them.

1) Song or no song?
2) What year?
3) Does anyone have a clip of this or know what I'm talking about?

Please elaborate.

I also believe that this was the 2nd time he did this to Maria. I think, back in the early 80's, it was also the beginning of a n episode, and Maria was taking a nap in the fix it shop. He talked to the camera, and said that we needed to be very quieet, because he was going to count Maria's toes. He counted them, and the thunder and lightning woke her up, as he was yelling 10...10 beutiful toes!!! AH AH AH AH. Maria yelled at him saying that he can't go around just counting people's tioes, and he replied..."But I just did"...and he left. Boy, he has some weird fetishes, doesn't he?
