are Fozzie & Bear Cousins or somthing?

I was just wondering lastnight well I was in bed.... is Fozzie Bear and Bear from Bear in the big blue house cousins? besides the fact that there "Muppets" lol but there both Orange and have colored nose's. any one have an idea? thanks for the help....
