2010: The Muppets Return

With the New Year just started, I have the highest hope that this year, the muppets will return from the rut that they have been in since Jim Henson's Demise. With all their recent television apperances , internet videos, and news from D23, its hard not to get excited. I have hope that the muppets will just as big as they where in the past. It's just like the muppets have sung before: " If just one person believes in you." I beleive that they will be able to come out of their semi-dormant state and really make us proud.

Yeah, you could say things are heating up. I recall back in 2008 people here predicted we'd see major Muppet relaunches in 2010, the 55 year anniversary.

With the news being dominated by war, America's finances and civil liberties going down the toilet, and other depressing things...it's really phenomenal to see the Muppets still have a place in people's hearts...as this world needs the Muppets more than ever now.

It seems that there is finally someone calling the shots who really gets the Muppets and I love seeing them so much. However, I think that the true test will be the Muppets carrying something that is more than a few minutes long. My hope are high
