2 Old MacDonald Muppets?

The one on Journey to Ernie is green, The one on Elmo's World: Farms is Orange. The Old MacDonald Muppets were on seperate segments on the show before. Why do they do this?

Hmm, not sure. They use the green one more often anyway, and he sometimes makes appearances in street scenes. (Like announcing the arrival of a hurricane, or milking a cow for Elmo and Zoe).

Both Old MacDonalds seem to be random AM's... I'm guessing the Green AM MacDonald was their attempt to make it a regular character. I'm guessing the Orange AM MacDonald was made as a one time thing for Elmo's World, reusing a design from an old Kermit the Frog SS newsflash segment.
