Is there a pattern for a Kermit puppet?

Just as a note, the reason that the one fella got sued for copywrite infringement is because he was selling his replicas, something he continues to advertise on ebay and the web. If it was just a hobby it wouldn't be a big deal, as evidenced by the work of Jarrod Butcher and the like.

Fun-4-All may produce Sesame Street Action Figures

You know I think we're starting to expect and ask for a little much. Ken has spoiled us with his attention and now it feels as though we expect that from anyone who posts here. I really don't think posting off this thread as a good idea unless we want to make an entire meeting believe that some...

    Muppet Babies Drawings

Hey kids, I posted some drawings I did of new babies designs. They are sort of old, but I'll be posting some revised ones, along with several others monday or tuesday, I can only attach at the palisades site so here's the link. happy halloween...

Fun-4-All may produce Sesame Street Action Figures

Joe is one of my favorite Sesame artists ever. If you're going to go for children this is definately the way to go. I just don't like the figs. Cookie is way to bulbous and bottom heavy, Grovers lower jaw is way too big, and Bert doesn't look anything like Bert. No sir, I don't like it.

Alex Ross and wife, a fan of the figures

Alex Ross is the artist for many DC and Marvel comics in which the artwork has been painted. His most notable work is probably the Kingdom Come series.

Fun-4-All may produce Sesame Street Action Figures

I'd say at this point, they need a lot of work. I think rather than going for a scale similar to palisades, you should maybe make them a little larger and go for rotocast. This way they could be quite detailed, appealing to the collector, and be safe, appealing to the parents of young kids. With...

Rumor: The Muppet Wizard of Oz

here's my take. Dorothy: A Human Toto: FooFoo. Scarecrow: Kermit TinMan: Gonzo Cowardly Lion: Fozzie Glenda, the Good Witch: Miss Piggy Upon the realization of the small scope of her role, Piggy goes into a Muppet Caper like fit. She approaches Kermit who is already stuck in...

    Henson Regroups in the US

Sorry about your job man. I too fear for the state of the company and it's characters. You should post this at some of the other message boards as well, namely the Toughpigs fan forum (a link is at www.toughpigs.com), as well as the Palisadestoys Message boards (www.palisadestoys.com). there...

Keith Chapman To Unveil New Henson Project

I think it would be great if he would do a "Bob the Builder" style animated show using the Muppet Babies. It would be a real slick way to put them back on the tube.

    Eisner Nears Muppet Rescue

I'd like Eisner to sit on his pencil, this will be a dark day for the Muppets. Say hello to kiddiedom folks. Lost in the Disney Guantlet like so many other aquisitions.

Sesame Workshop and Sony join forces with Classic Media to acquire Henson

Please God, let this happen. We've got an already proven Muppet Distributer, Classic who needs some hefty tv bulk, and Sesame who understands the real vision of Henson and the integrity of his characters. Also they have a wonderful relationship with the staff already. Cross your fingers gang.

    Mr. Rogers tribute on SNL

I also posted this at TP but I wanted you all to see this as well. I don't know if anyone caught SNL this past weekend but I thought you might like to hear a bit about a very touching moment at the end. It was a repeat of the episode with Queen Latifa. Before the last comercial break...

    Ladies and Gentleman: Disney Classic!

first off Lizzie McGuire isn't so bad, now Raven Semone on the other hand, sweet god I'd like to give her a good thrashing. She sends chills of evil up my spine and creates ill thoughts with every sight of her. Second, for the poster and his channel why is it called Disney Classic when it's...

Eisner confirms Disney could buy Henson and Muppets soon

Man, if EMTV sells the muppets I'm going to pop a cap in someone's bippy, yes I said bippy. This darned site won't let me express my real feelings. So how do you pro Disney folks feel about that idea. Not the bippy, just a Muppetless Henson company? Yeah, sounds real swell doesn't it, but I...

    throwing in the towel

I don't know folks. I'm becoming more and more disenchanted by the merger and coming to terms with what I think will most likely be the muppets shipped off to Mousewitz. I think I'm slowly working through the twelve steps of exceptance, anger has been a hard one to conquer. I'm scared...

Eisner confirms Disney could buy Henson and Muppets soon

Chilly, this is all I got... "We are committed to continuing the legacy of creativity, humor and humanity that marked everything Jim Henson touched," Valentine said in a statement. "At the same time we feel there is enormous potential for growth, not merely from Kermit and the Muppets, but...

Eisner confirms Disney could buy Henson and Muppets soon

Holy S***! Luke and I are in pretty much total agreement on something. I too feel that Valentine is the best choice for ownership. Let's see... He has nothing else to concentrate on He wants to rejuvenate the brand with a surge of cash and new material He wants to rejuvenate the...

Disney in talks to buy Muppets

oops. sorry bout that chilly down. I actually meant to say they weren't. the point I was making by bringing them up is that though they have no affiliation with Eisner and the folks at Mousewitz they still managed to have no trouble getting plenty of exposure. Thanks for pointing out my...
