I was cruising the clearance aisle at Wally World last week and happened upon some Sesame Street Easter Eggs. It was Grover that lured me in. Ernie & Elmo came home on the next trip to the store.

What was inside the Grover Egg that caused me to go buy more? Well You'll have to click below to find out:

I know, not a hard biting review of a super-articulated warrior with multiple weapons and accessories. But it's GROVER! Need I say more?

These were the same figures, BTW, as the ones in the Sesame Street Easter Egg Hunt kit. The Ernie is a rerelease of one that was available at Target (and a couple dollar stores) several years ago. The Grover and Elmo are new to me, though. I almost wish there was a Wal*Mart closer to me, since I saw them before Easter, but had no way of coming back for the clearance.

Target didn't get the individual ones in (they had the kit instead), but by the time I went back to get any Easter clearance, everything was gone. I did get a nifty Spongebob in the Krabby patty mobile for a buck.

OOOh, they come with bubble wrap? And there's one of GROVER? I need to get my hands on some of those!
