I've wanted my own Kermit the Frog since I was in primary school - so at least 25 years!!! - and I finally managed to get everything together and make him. Took quite a few tries (and lots of tears:wink:) to get it to look like the real one

Thank you for that! This was the fifth Kermit I made - it seems an easy puppet to do but to get it to look real is quite a mission!

Have you ever thought about maybe selling them, and is that even allowed?

The issue of selling replicas is well documented on here..
In a nutshell, unless you hold a licence by the copyright holders (in this case Disney) you will be breaking copyright laws.
Fan made items for your own use/collection is all good tho

Yeah, I think copyright would definitely be an issue. And I don't think a licence from Disney would come cheaply!

LOL  I know that feeling, I wanted a Kermit for soooo long that I eventually couldn't take it anymore and put myself through all the sweat and tears of making him!

I'm sure you could sell off your rough copies without issues. So long as you're not mass producing them, I think you'll be fine. Others will not agree but this is my opinion.
