I love just about every song, from the Beetles, and a lot of the early stuff from the Rolling Stones. "Paint it Black" would be my favorite. I also love a lot of songs from the Sixties British invasion. Also love The Hollies, and the Grass Roots, and there song "Temptation Eyes"
I use to could not stand Elvis songs, but now I love "Kentucky Rain" "Return to Sender" and "Jailhouse Rock" just to name a few.

There was a band in the 80's called Huey Lewis and the News. and there album called Sports is awesome every song on it is a favorite of mine, but "Heart of Rock and Roll" is my all time favorite from them.
I do like a lot of newer songs as well, but this post is already to long.

I like a little bit of Freddie Mercury and Queen:

Crazy Little Thing Called Love
We Will Rock You which is sometimes coupled with We Are The Champions on the radio
The opening theme from Flash Gordon (1980); even though the film wasn't exactly a box office success in the US when first released, the theme song is still pretty awesome.

Katrina and the Waves' Walking on Sunshine, because it has a nice, lively sound
