    Ok. I simply create the entire foam Punto head...then I make a cut from the corner of the mouth..to the back of the head. (You can't use the jaw and back of the neck/lower head portion of the punto pattern for Fozzie. Fozzie's mouth is much bigger. Then you create a 1/4 sphere for the lower...

    I usually put some hot glue on the top part of the back of the finished eye...and then press it into the fur. While applying reverse pressure from the inside of the puppet's head.     Peter. Thanks again. When you gave me your measurements...did you measure only the white of the eye? Or did you include the purple eyelid? I got my eyes back from the 3D printer. They seem very bulgy.
