Once Upon a Time in the West - Found it at a garage sale. I'm a big fan of Sergio Leone's "Man-With-No-Name Trilogy" and IGN listed this one as the No. 1 Best Western of all time.
A Passage to India - I'm also a fan of David Lean's work, and this was only a dollar.
I recently read Alone Against Tomorrow, a collection of short stories by Harlan Ellison. While the whole book was engrossing and well-written, and I did enjoy most of the stories, I found some of the others to be rather dissapointing and rather dry.
Big Trouble in Little China - This movie looked like the kind cheesy, weird stuff I usually enjoy, and my comic store had it for four bucks. Needless to say I'll probably have to watch it again before I can formulate an opinion on it.
Arrested Development Seasons 1 & 2: My brother and I decided to watch a few episodes of this on Netflix, and we loved it immediantly. Walmart had this cheap so we bought it.

Well, Warner Bros. does intend to make a new Superman movie that Christopher Nolan will be producing. Also I've heard rumors that they do hope to make a Justice League movie in a similar vein to Marvel's Avengers movie.
As for Joneh Hex, it may have been flop (critically and financially) but...
Run their course? What exactly are you basing this statement on? The fact that they're a lucrative property, have made several billion dollars, and have recieved good reception (most of them anyway) would hardly suggest that they've "run their course".

The Rocketeer is another of my favorite underrated movies. The fact that the director of this is also diecting the upcoming Captain America movie is pretty awesome.
