So.... am I the only one who would like the tone of the latest movie retained still? I mean, I would like this potential follow up to have smaller, more independent scenes akin to that office extra posted before - which the new movie lacked - but I wouldn't want to see the glossy, colourful...

Pretty much a tie between the two characters who were initially performed by Jim Henson but are currently performed by Bill Barretta and both play some form of a piano. ;) Also Fozzie and Gonzo.

That deleted scene was quite nice. A shame t'was cut; it would have been nice to see more of Gonzo, more of Bunsen, and more of Gary interacing with Muppets aside from Walter, all in the film.

Not quite, but you're 1/3 right - Gonzo was indeed to be the Ghost of Christmas Future. (also, I must say that Sweetums would have made much more sense as the Ghost of Christmas Present than the actual answer!)
