Yeah, I definitely would be interested in a sequel, especially if the same people are involved. The Felix Senior plot does seem like a likely plot hook.

Hopefully, they'll be able to clear more video game character rights this time. And maybe give Mario a cameo.

Glad to see Guardians finally topple Twilight. Kick Butt Santa Claus is so much cooler than Sparkling Vampires.

Still... they do know the film takes place over Easter, not Christmas, right?

Not too surprised. I'd say everyone who wanted to see it saw it in the first 2 weeks. Plus, let's face it, this is the same weak box office period in between Thanksgiving and Christmas that hampered the Muppet Movie last year. It's just that Guardians overtook it that kinda gets me. It wasn't doing oh so well... it was the top kid's movie out of 2 kids movies because the other one was out since the second of November (A wise choice for Disney considering, as I said, same weak weeks that hurt The Muppets after a strong opening weekend).

Shame, because it was one of the GOOD Dreamworks films. William Joyce worked on it based on his own books. I tell yah... give North his own spinoff movie, you have one of the best Christmas films in decades.

I didn't see or hear of this until now.

Trying to do the same thing as the Lotso commercial, I see.
This was released a couple of weeks before the movie. Very 80's style, perfect. It fits the game in the movie perfectly.

It wasn't as readily available as the Lotzo commercial. I only found that out through TV Tropes.

I believe it was posted on Disney's Youtube page. I remember hearing about it on Inside The Magic about two weeks before the movie's release...
Anyway, a Sugar Rush and Hero's duty one was also made. I haven't seen them yet, but I know they were all released at the same time.
